Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Dinnington
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently hiring a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Dinnington.
As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning and build confidence both academically and socially.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons.
- Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
Requirements of SEN TA:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to individual pupil needs.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
