Primary Teacher
Location: Selby, North Yorkshire
Salary: £130 – £160 per day
Start Date: Immediately / May 2026
Contract: Supply / Flexible / Term Time Only
Are you a motivated and reliable Primary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Selby? We are working with a group of friendly and supportive primary schools in the area who are seeking adaptable teachers to support across a range of year groups.
This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, want to build experience in different school settings, or are seeking a better work-life balance through supply teaching.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning.
- Adapt teaching styles to suit different classes and school settings.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
- Work flexibly across a variety of schools depending on your availability.
The Ideal Primary Teacher Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience within UK primary education.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
