Job Title: SEMH Teacher
Location: Rotherham S25
Salary: Up to £220 a day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you an experienced teacher passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? If so, an exciting opportunity awaits you in a specialist setting in Rotherham, who are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join the team.

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will deliver tailored lessons that support both academic progress and emotional development for students with additional needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEMH learners
- Support students with emotional and behavioural regulation
- Implement behaviour strategies consistently
- Track and report student progress
- Work closely with support staff and pastoral teams
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
- Experience working with SEMH or SEND learners preferred
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to build positive and trusting relationships
- A resilient and consistent teaching approach
