Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 - £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring learning continues effectively in line with school expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work
- Maintain a calm and focused classroom environment
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students in staying on task and engaged
- Report any concerns to relevant staff
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confidence leading groups of young people
- Ability to adapt quickly across different subjects and year groups
- A calm, consistent and professional approach
