Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 - £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring learning continues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work
- Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students in staying focused and on task
- Report any issues or concerns to relevant staff
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Confidence in leading a classroom independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups
- A calm, consistent and professional approach
