Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide targeted support to students across the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes
- Support students with additional needs where required
- Monitor and record student progress under teacher guidance
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a supportive approach to working with children
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
- Patience, reliability and a proactive attitude
