Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support, you will play a key role in supporting students who may struggle with behaviour, engagement, or emotional regulation, helping them to remain in education and achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support students in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support
- Assist teaching staff in maintaining a positive learning environment
- Implement behaviour strategies consistently
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students
- Support students in re-engaging with learning
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting is preferred
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations
- A patient, resilient, and supportive approach
- Understanding of behaviour support strategies is desirable
