1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Holme
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education are seeking a resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs in Holme on Spalding Moor.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs
- Support behaviour regulation and classroom engagement
- Encourage attendance, confidence and resilience
- Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
- Help pupils remain focused on learning targets
Requirements
- Experience supporting SEMH / behaviour needs
- Strong resilience and calm approach
- Experience in secondary education preferred
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
