Salary: £150 – £220 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as a Secondary Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across your specialist subject area, following the national curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of students of varying abilities.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and achievement.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure a consistent, positive learning experience.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, encouraging respect and responsibility among pupils.
What You’ll Need as a Secondary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- A positive, committed, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
