Your Role as a Primary Teacher:
- Deliver inspiring and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils of varying abilities and learning styles.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, ensuring each child feels supported and challenged.
- Promote good behaviour and help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
What You’ll Need as a Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom‑management skills.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
- A commitment to raising attainment and nurturing the development of all pupils.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
