Salary: £150 to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking dynamic, committed Secondary Teachers to work within forward-thinking and supportive schools across Newcastle. Whether your expertise lies in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, or another subject, we aim to match you with the perfect role.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Secondary Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 where applicable)
- Supporting students’ academic progress, confidence, and subject understanding
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Confidently and fairly managing classroom behaviour
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
What We’re Looking for in a Secondary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for your specialism
- Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and committed approach to teaching
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
