Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Scarborough
Salary: £90 – £120 per day
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education are recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support schools in Scarborough.

Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
- Lead small group intervention sessions
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Assist with lesson preparation and resources
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Previous school-based experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to lead learning confidently
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
