Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher

Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are searching for a knowledgeable Computer Studies Teacher to join schools across Sheffield, delivering engaging lessons that build strong foundations in computing and digital literacy.
As Computer Studies (CS) Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured lessons covering topics such as programming, algorithms, and information technology, helping students develop problem-solving skills and confidence in a supportive classroom environment.
What you’ll be doing as Computer Studies Teacher:
- Deliver well-planned Computer Studies lessons aligned with curriculum expectations
- Support pupils in developing coding, logical reasoning, and technical skills
- Encourage independent learning through practical computing activities
- Maintain positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Computer Science/ICT in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
