Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate:£460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting dedicated Behaviour Support staff to work in schools across Sheffield.
As part of the Behaviour Support team, you will work closely with pupils who require additional guidance, helping them develop positive behaviours, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural needs.
- Implement consistent behaviour management strategies.
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Assist with de-escalation and conflict resolution when required.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.
Requirements of Behaviour Support:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
