Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed. You will play an important role in helping students stay focused, confident and engaged in their learning.
Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning
- Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
- Encourage student engagement and participation in lessons
- Assist with preparing learning materials and resources
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A genuine interest in supporting education and student development
