Salary: £120 to £160 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teacher to work within welcoming, supportive primary schools across Newcastle. This role is perfect for educators who bring energy, positivity, and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Primary Teacher:
- Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their academic and personal development
- Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback to support learning
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
What We’re Looking for in a Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Strong behaviour management and a warm, supportive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping young learners progress academically and socially
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
