Job Title: Pastoral Manager
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Manager who can support students’ wellbeing and personal development?
Schools in Dinnington (S25) and GSL Education are searching for a committed Pastoral Manager to provide strong pastoral support and guidance.
As a Pastoral Manager, you will help students manage behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring they feel supported and motivated. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a positive and structured environment for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pastoral support for students.
- Support pupils with behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Monitor and track student progress and pastoral outcomes.
- Collaborate with safeguarding and support teams to meet student needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role.
- Strong leadership and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, organised, and supportive approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
