Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistants
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Dinnington (S25). This is an excellent opportunity to provide personalised support to pupils who need extra help to engage with their learning.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils to support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Prime Responsibilities of 1:1 TA:
- Provide tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis to help them access the curriculum.
- Assist with classroom tasks, learning activities, and homework.
- Support pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties or behavioural challenges.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individual learning plans.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil development.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Understanding of special educational needs and inclusive learning practices.
- Patient, empathetic, and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils in their learning.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
