Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are hiring an experienced SEN Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S2 and S3 areas. The Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher will work with pupils who require tailored support, delivering personalised lessons that meet a range of special educational needs.
Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEN students.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals.
- Maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
