Job Title: Pastoral Managers
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you an experienced and compassionate Pastoral Manager who can support students’ wellbeing and personal development?

Schools in Sheffield (S2, S3) and GSL Education are searching for passionate Pastoral Managers to provide strong pastoral leadership and student support.

As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and overall engagement in school. You will work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Main Duties:

  • Lead and manage pastoral support for identified students.
  • Support pupils with behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Monitor and track student progress and pastoral outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with safeguarding and support teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role.
  • Strong leadership and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, organised, and supportive approach.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
