Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Sheffield (S2, S3). This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in education.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will oversee pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils stay engaged and complete their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor.
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support pupils in completing assigned tasks and staying on track.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour.
- Ensure a safe and structured learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence, adaptability, and a professional approach.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
