Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Sheffield – S5
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

Do you bring geography to life and inspire students to explore the world beyond the classroom? A Sheffield school is seeking an engaging Geography Teacher to spark curiosity and deepen students’ understanding of global issues.

About the Role:
You will deliver engaging geography lessons, encouraging students to think critically about the world while developing key analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Encourage curiosity around global, environmental, and cultural topics
  • Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback
  • Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching geography in a secondary setting desirable
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for inspiring students through geography
