Pay rate: £90-£120 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a caring and dedicated Early Years Specialist who is passionate about supporting young children in their early development?

A school in Stockton along with GSL Education are seeking a committed Early Years Specialist to provide high-quality care and learning support.

As an Early Years Specialist, you will support children in their early stages of development, helping them build confidence, social skills, and a love for learning. This role includes personal care, including changing nappies, and ensuring children’s wellbeing at all times.

Key Duties of Early Years Specialist:

  • Support children with daily routines, including personal care and hygiene.
  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Encourage early learning, communication, and social development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Work closely with staff and parents to support each child’s needs.

Requirements of Early Years Specialist:

  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.
  • Comfortable with personal care duties, including nappy changing.
  • A patient, caring, and attentive approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
