Salary: £90–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers to provide targeted classroom support, assist pupils with varying learning needs, and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant Role:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence in learning
- Promoting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Learning Support Assistant Will:
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Be committed to supporting pupil development and progress
- Have a positive and proactive approach to classroom support
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
- Have a fully checkable work history
