EYFS Teacher

EYFS Teacher | The Role:

  • Plan and deliver highly structured, sensory‑based learning activities that support communication, early literacy, numeracy, and social development at each child’s individual level.
  • Use consistent routines, visual supports, and specialist strategies (e.g., PECS, TEACCH) to create a safe, predictable environment that reduces anxiety and supports engagement.
  • Work closely with therapists, teaching assistants, and families to follow individual support plans (EHCPs), track progress, and adapt strategies to meet each child’s needs.
  • Promote independence, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour through personalised interventions, modelling, and reinforcement approaches tailored to each learner.

Deliver high-quality teaching for Early Years pupils

  • Support pupils’ academic progress and social-emotional development
  • Work closely with pastoral, SEN, and leadership teams to ensure effective interventions
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and classroom strategies to enhance learning experiences
  • Champion inclusive and innovative practice across Early Years

EYFS Teacher | Who We’re Looking For:
