Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £100 – £130 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time | 5 days per week

Your Role as an Employer Engagement Tutor:
- Support learners by delivering high-quality employability sessions, workshops, and one-to-one guidance.
- Build strong relationships with local employers to secure work experience, placements, and job opportunities.
- Prepare learners for the workplace through CV support, interview preparation, and skills development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners receive a positive, engaging, and impactful learning experience.
What You’ll Need as an Employer Engagement Tutor:
- Experience in employability tutoring, employer engagement, careers guidance, or similar fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners.
- Confidence in building employer networks and liaising with external partners.
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine passion for learner success.
- Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
