The Role
You will be leading a vibrant Early Years class, creating a positive and engaging learning environment where children can thrive. The role will involve:
- Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s early development across all key areas of learning
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within Early Years (EYFS)
- A warm, patient, and engaging teaching style
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
- A team player who is committed to making a positive impact
