Job Title: Sports Coach / Learning Support
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460–£650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Do you have the energy to motivate and the confidence to support learning? A Sheffield school is seeking a dynamic Sports Coach / Learning Support professional to engage students both in and out of the classroom.

About the Role:
You will support lessons, supervise classes, and use your sports background to keep students engaged, focused, and motivated throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities
- Supervise classes as a cover supervisor when required
- Use sports-based approaches to engage students
- Support behaviour management and student development
- Provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
- Background in sports coaching, fitness, or similar
- Confidence working with young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable

- Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
