Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Payrate: £100-£120 Per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
Support students in developing positive behaviours and emotional regulation through consistent guidance and structured support!
GSL Education are searching for a committed Positive Behaviour Support professional to work in a school in Dinnington (S25). The Positive Behaviour Support role involves working closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support to help them engage successfully in school life.
Key Duties:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs.
- Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Requirements of Positive Behaviour Support:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural or SEMH needs.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
