Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Payrate: £100-£120 Per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from dedicated individuals for the role of Behaviour Support in schools across Dinnington (S25). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ lives by promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
As Behaviour Support, you will work closely with pupils who may require additional guidance, helping them manage behaviour, build confidence, and stay focused in their learning environment.
Main Duties:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as Behaviour Support.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
- Support pupils in developing emotional regulation and positive coping skills.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
