An SEMH school in Camden is looking for a strong SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH.
This is a hands-on role working with students who need structure, consistency and confident behaviour support to engage in education.
What you’ll be doing

1:1 and small group support

Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation

Keeping pupils engaged and on task

Supporting during lessons and unstructured time

Building strong, professional relationships
What they need

Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour

Team Teach highly desirable

Other behaviour training also considered (MAPA / restraint / de-escalation)
