The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing and placing candidates into roles (teachers, LSAs, SEN staff)
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
- Hitting and exceeding targets in a competitive environment
- Developing new business opportunities with schools
- Working closely with a supportive and high-performing team
