Salary: £95 – £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as an Early Years Specialist:
- Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development, and daily routines.
- Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and curiosity.
- Promote children’s communication, social, and emotional development in a supportive environment.
- Work closely with Early Years educators to deliver a safe and stimulating learning experience.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS guidelines.
What You’ll Need as an Early Years Specialist:
- Experience working with young children in early years settings, nurseries, childcare, or similar environments.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
