Behaviour Mentor – Primary School (Harlow) | Immediate Start | Full-Time
Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child’s life?
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Harlow. This is a full-time, immediate start role supporting a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing both academic and emotional support throughout the school day.
The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN, supporting their learning and development

Help manage and positively influence behaviour in and out of the classroom

Build a strong, trusting relationship to support emotional regulation

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies

Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For

A patient, empathetic, and proactive individual
-
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar preferred)

Strong behaviour management skills or a willingness to learn

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Graduates or aspiring teachers/psychologists are highly encouraged to apply
Pay & Benefits

£90 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

Fortnightly pay – reliable and consistent
