Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £460–£650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term / Day-to-day

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay focused and productive.
Responsibilities:

Supervise lessons during teacher absences

Maintain structure and positive behaviour

Support students with learning tasks

Provide feedback to teaching staff

Follow school safeguarding procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience in a school or similar setting desirable

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Confident, reliable, and adaptable

Ability to engage students effectively

Have the right to work in the UK

Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years

Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
