Science Teacher
Location: Haringey
Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long Term until the end of June 2026

GSL Education London Branch is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Science Teacher to join a welcoming girls’ secondary school in Haringey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher who is eager to inspire young learners and make a real difference in the classroom.

As a Science Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages. The school is seeking a committed Science Teacher who can create a positive learning environment and support students to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons as a Science Teacher

  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3 & 4, ensuring all students are supported

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with other staff and departments

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Previous experience working as a Science Teacher in a secondary school

  • Strong subject knowledge in Science

  • Good classroom management skills

  • Ability to engage and motivate students

  • A commitment to continuous professional development
