Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from a skilled Maths Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S11). This is a fantastic opportunity to engage pupils in mathematics, helping them develop analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numerical concepts.

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons that challenge pupils, build confidence, and encourage a love of mathematics.

Key Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons as a Maths Teacher.
  • Support pupils in developing problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching maths in a school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
  • An engaging, patient, and motivating teaching approach.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
