Job Title: History Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a passionate History Teacher to work in schools across the S5 and S9 areas of Sheffield.
As a History Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that encourage pupils to understand historical events, analyse sources, and develop their knowledge and interpretation skills.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging History lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Encourage pupils to develop critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Contribute to departmental planning and school enrichment activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a History Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and subject knowledge.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
