Pay rate:£460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type - Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the DN2 and DN6 areas of Doncaster.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will help teachers deliver lessons while providing additional support to pupils, assisting them with learning tasks, and fostering confidence and engagement.
Main Duties of Teaching Assistant:
- Provide classroom support to teachers during lessons and activities.
- Assist pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to meet learning needs.
- Support behaviour management and promote a positive classroom environment.
- Encourage pupil engagement and confidence in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
