Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate:£460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type - Day-to-day supply
Are you a reliable and organised Cover Supervisor who can keep lessons running smoothly and support learning in the classroom?
Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) and GSL Education are hiring a reliable Cover Supervisor to manage classes and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, supporting students’ learning and maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences.
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged in learning activities.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher.
- Support positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
