Full-Time | Immediate Start | £90–£95 per day | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who loves working with young children? Ready to bring energy, creativity, and care into the classroom every day?

We’re working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Harlow that is looking for a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long term basis starting immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children within a busy and engaging nursery class

  • Assisting with play-based learning activities that encourage development

  • Helping to create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment

  • Supporting early communication, social skills, and independence

  • Assisting with daily routines, including transitions, snack time, and outdoor play

  • Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team

  • Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare standards are followed

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)

  • Experience working with nursery or early years children

  • A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive personality

  • Someone who is reliable, hands-on, and enjoys being part of a team

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Early Years education

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
