Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Payrate: £160-£210 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming schools in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable teachers who enjoy working in different environments while maintaining a high standard of teaching and classroom management.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. This role is ideal for teachers who are confident, organised, and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
- Provide feedback to school staff on student progress and behaviour
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience
- Experience teaching in UK schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
