About the Role
GSL Education’s Chelmsford branch is continuing to grow, and we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious and high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, driven, and eager candidate at the start of their career to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You do not need recruitment experience, but you must bring energy, resilience and a strong work ethic.

What the Role Involves
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while supporting schools across Essex. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with schools and education professionals
- Proactively sourcing candidates
- Making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients
- Interviewing and registering candidates for roles in schools
- Supporting the team with placing candidates into long-term and daily supply roles
- Developing your own client base through business development and cold calling
- Working towards targets and contributing to the success of the branch
