Job Title: RE Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate RE Teacher to join a welcoming school in Doncaster (DN2, DN6). This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated teacher to engage students, foster critical thinking, and make Religious Education meaningful and exciting.
As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons, support students’ understanding, and work closely with colleagues to help every pupil reach their potential. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging RE lessons to school students
- Support students’ learning both individually and in groups
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and reflection on moral and ethical topics
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and teaching strategies
- Contribute to school events, assemblies, or enrichment activities
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching RE in a school level
- Ability to inspire and engage students across all abilities
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
