Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher who enjoys helping students develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills?
Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) and GSL Education are searching for a committed English Teacher to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
As an English Teacher, you will support students in analysing literature, improving literacy, and expressing themselves confidently. You will create a positive classroom environment where learners feel motivated to participate and achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver clear and engaging English lessons.
- Support students in developing reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Encourage independent thinking, discussion, and creativity.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
