Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460–£650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Do you enjoy stepping into classrooms and keeping learning on track? A Sheffield school is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to manage lessons, maintain behaviour, and ensure students stay engaged when teachers are absent.

You will supervise lessons, follow teacher plans, and help students stay focused and productive throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during teacher absences
- Maintain classroom order and engagement
- Support learning activities and provide guidance to students
- Provide feedback on student behaviour and progress
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding
Requirements:
- Previous classroom experience desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Ability to maintain positive behaviour and encourage participation

- Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
