Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: WF4
Salary: £460–£600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
You will assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help implement tailored strategies that promote learning, engagement, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Support SEN students during lessons and activities
- Implement personalised learning strategies
- Encourage independence and engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Assist with classroom resources and organisation
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with SEN is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
