Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from a talented Art Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S11). This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture creativity and help pupils develop artistic skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

As an Art Teacher, you will deliver inspiring lessons that encourage pupils to explore a variety of artistic techniques, materials, and creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging art lessons as an Art Teacher.
  • Encourage creativity and self-expression through a range of artistic activities.
  • Support pupils in developing practical art skills and creative confidence.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to art displays, exhibitions, and creative projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Art in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • A creative, enthusiastic, and inspiring teaching approach.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
