Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a supportive and dedicated Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping students reach their full potential?
Schools in Worksop (S81) and GSL Education are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide classroom and learning support to pupils.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers and students to support learning activities, encourage engagement, and help create a positive classroom environment. Your support will help pupils stay focused, confident, and motivated throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students during lessons and classroom activities.
- Assist the teacher with preparation of learning materials.
- Provide one-to-one and small group learning support.
- Encourage positive behaviour and active participation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a support role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
- Ability to assist students with different learning needs.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
