Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a dynamic Sports Coach to work in schools across the S70 and S71 areas of Barnsley.
As a Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging physical activity sessions, support PE lessons, and help pupils develop skills, fitness, and a positive attitude towards sport.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and enjoyable sports sessions and activities.
- Support PE teachers during curriculum lessons.
- Encourage teamwork, resilience, and healthy competition.
- Assist with extracurricular sports clubs and school events.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive sporting environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role with young people.
- Relevant sports coaching qualifications are desirable.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
